hey ppl im so depressed at da minute i got a really messed up back i could barely get changed this morning and to top it of me shoulder stil injured. so im gonnahave 2 take another couple of weeks off training its killing me. any know any way 2 get the lower back 2 heal faster?

Go to the doctor, back injuries are the worst. There is always the possibility of a serious injury with that.

depression happens. you'll live with it...
dont go to the gym with an injured lower back and shoulder, do as Tom and Freak have suggested.

Go to a physio. They will give a lot of little sissy exercises that no one ever does. DO THEM!! They have the training and knowledge to get you healthy.

So you look like Richards Simmons in the gym for a couple weeks.

It will save you months of frustration as your weights get lower instead of higher.

problem is i cant afford a phyiso so i have stopped training and its gotten better this past week gonna take another week off and hope for the best

lower back injuries suck big time...

when im doing sqaut to fast and incorrectly i feel it very bad in my lower back. even with rowing im feeling it. now im using machine's for back and legs till its gone

+1 to that, when i fcuked up my Rotator Cuff, this got me back at it, took about 2 months until i was 100%, but it worked!
