Since I started this MAx-Ot program, It seems as if my aches and pains have increased. Today while doing flat bench, I really felt it in my shoulders. I took the advice I received earlier and warmed up the rotator cuffs before but it seems as if I had more soreness since I started doing this.. Any advice always appreciated...

Ive had fucked up shoulders for a long time now. Turns out i have chronis tendonitis in both shoulders. I tried althetic therapy and cortisone, both didnt work. Im starting to lose hope.. go see a doc.. before its too late.

man , i have same problem , a lot heavy sh-t at work plus the cooling sistem in the gym , screwed my shoulder big time , i started doing my flats bench and i felt the pain but i did go on to the inclined bech ( i dont use dumbles at all) just the bar ,
and i was feeling better so i tought it was i didnt warming up enough but in the name exercise i had to stop , the [pain was killing , and i had go to bed to take a break in my body ,well so you dobt get bored , that night when i get up i had to go emergency fast because i couldnt move my arm at all , the sharp pain was so bad that , it was in the first week of June (and im still going to physoterapy since then) 4 mopnths after, the specialist told me to try the physo rather than go for a shoulder operation ,now im back to the gym but im still in light duty in my 2 jobs and i have to go phys=o few times at week , it feel as somebody used a knife in your shoulder , so guys you can now imagine how sharp in the pain lololol,((( i was having this pain for the last 2 1/2 years until my shoulder couldnt take it no more..

P.S (Im from a caribean country so it is so hot there that you dont need to warming up at all , winter there is around 24-30 c degress :-) i moved here to canada now the winter is killing my bones, and i get injury for anything in winter time. lol
