lately ive been terrible shooting pain in both of my wrists. At first i ignored and decided just to go through it and hope it would pass , but its been getting worse. I can't manage to pick up even a 20 pounder with having to drop it. Before i spend money on co-pay at my doctor's office, id like anyone who has had this problem to tell me what they or were told to do by a professional. Your helps much appreciated.

It sounds as if you may have something similiar to my condition. Read the thread about forearm pain and see if there are any similiarities.
