I recovered from tendonitis about 5 months ago and since then my shoulders have been cracking and popping alot, also it feels as if my left shoulder often pulls slightly out of the socket, is there any way to strengthen the muscles which surround the socket? or another solution to the problem?

to strengthen the rotator cuff we did 2 exercises ... you get a rubber band (a tubular low resistance one) and you tie it to a pole... start with your arm down and your elbow bent out like your doing a hand shake (90 degree tho) ...and you pull against the rubber band with your elbow staying at the 90 degree bend ..one time with the band across your body so your opening your arm out(still in the 90 degree position) and another the other way and your kind of like closing your arm (pulling in the opposite direction)

hopefully my explanation works.... it helped me out when i did it ...its a rehabing exercise and strengthening so it should help ya
