My knees ache after periods of sitting with them bent at almost any angle which requires my stretching them out or walking around to get the stiffness/pain out. The pain is right below where the teardrop inserts on my quads...any ideas?

Oh My God, somebody who has the same problem as me, sounds as if you suffer as much as me aswell, just last week i was comin home from a fishing trip, was in the car for about 90 mins and OMG i fell asleep and woke up to the most concentrated aching pain ever, on my knee i can feel the exact location in were the pain comes from, i get it atleast once a week, sometimes extremely bad sometimes just a niggling pain that pain killers can take care of, i would love to know whats wrong with me knees tho

I got that on my superdrol cycles when I wasn't doing any cardiovascular activity and I got too heavy up top.

Is it on the inside of the knee, to the right, left, on the side?

I've been thinking about this a little and it seems as if maybe you're getting the early signs of patellar tracking disorder...

Try stretching your legs frequently (quads in this case) and make sure you're not overdoing one thigh exercise over another (e.g. make sure you're not too focused on knee extensions etc)....

As for the test - 98 ......

nice fog! congrats.

the pain is generally on the inside of the knee, just below the teardrop and is worse in my right knee, but is in both. My legs aren't huge or anything (i'm 2 surgeries in on my left knee so they're lagging) but they're not disproportianate...though they are long for my height (~5'11)

My leg work is currently only squats and deadlifts on alternating workouts (i do full body hst 3x a week). I'll work on more stretching, and my cissus arrived today, so I'm hoping that helps.

Cissus worked for me. I was wondering about the pain placement as i have extremely tight IT bands.

Wrap your knees. I used to get it a while back wrist pain, elbow and knees. So started to wrap them and no more pain. Don't know the reason why not a phisio or anything but it worked for me!
