Injury or not?

For some reason ive been having some pains in my chest area a bit above its like i cant breathe a bit and its going thump thump thump i can hear it i know dosn't explain alot but im getting a bit worried?

seriously, see a doctor, and then see your english teacher and get them to help you describe your symptoms in a manner which might tell us something.

Dude that sounds like it could POSSIBLY be a heart problem. You should definately get that checked out.

Let me see. I have a pain in my chest, I hear thump, thump, thump. Just hope you keep hearing the thumps and get to a doctor. This does not sound good. Just a guess.

It could be all sorts of things much less serious than heart problems. Or...it could be heart problems that could kill you quite fast. Never play around with chest pain, man. Go get an exam pronto!
