Seriously. Yesterday was leg day, I stretched better than normal and hit the plates. I was doing maybe 540 on the leg press, my 2nd set, and I was straining on my 12th rep, and I swear I fellt something pop where my pec and delt's meet.

It wasnt painful, but it was definitely sore. I decided to finish early and went home. I woke up and it still sore and tender. Have you ever heard of anything that freaking crazy or what? I've taken shits that have made me grunt harder than what made this happen.

Holding on to the grip bars...its all healed up and feels great now...was pretty sore for about 10 days tho...
