well im back to normal now, started lifting again last week, thank you all for your words of encouragement and it really helped me regain my interest and flair for lifting when i got to meet the legend himself jay cutler yesterday, i packed on some unneeded weight when i was on the shelf but didnt lose too much strength, just need to lose the 15lbs i packed on while hurt. you will hear more from me in the future

how did u fix ur shoulder? did u go with rehab or anything?

yeah I had a shoulder injury as well db pressin the 90s and got one too far behind on top and it came out of joint. I did a cycle of alfutop, or poly-sulfated glycosamine, and it helped a lot. Its glad to be back, just take it easy for a while.
