First off I wanna say sorry I havent been posting much lately guys, Log Section probably misses me by now lol. I'll get back on it Sunday and be back to norm.

Anyway, I noticed it 2 weeks ago while doing SLDL, on the way down I could feel discomfort in my right rear delt. I continued the exercise and didnt think much of it. Then this week it did the same thing on the same exercise, I got kinda worried this time and thought I'd give it another week.
Well last night when doing back, I did my first set of BB Row and my right rear delt was like WTF! It didnt hurt or anything, but the discomfort level went up quite a bit. I discontinued that exercise and moved on.

It actually almost feels lower than my rear delt PLUS my rear delt is in discomfort. For now or until next time I aggrivate it I'm just going to say its my rear delt, because it could just be that but when its aggrivated it feels like more.

Any idea what this could be? I'd appreciate the help guys, thanks ahead of time.
