I went to my Sport psychiatrist yesterday, he told me to lose some weight (on the plates, not my weight) and do good form, Like real good form lol.
He said most people have alot of rotor cuff problems.

I have to admit thats the point, my rotor cuff on both shoulders are beyond fucked up...sorry for my language but it is really bad.

All i have to ask his, does anyone know any good 21's or +- rep work-outs?
