Pop indicates ligament or tendon damage. Very rarely muscle damage is associated with popping sounds.

At a gues I'd say you have torn or partially torn a wrist ligament. How much pain and swelling will indicate the severity. If it is really swollen then see a specialist. If not then Ice Rest Elevate, once the swelling goes down work on getting wrist moving again, and then strengthening with lever bar work.

your responses came a month to late guys, lol. Look at the date I posted. I still have the wrist problem, not as severe, still cant bend it all the way outwards so underhand BB Row (yates style) is completely out of the question as with any direct bicep work. Slowly but surely I'm getting healed though

Sorry!

Thought the lever bar work idea still stands. Just grab a dumbbel and load just one end, hold it at the other and do rotations, holds, and hold arm at different angles. start light though.

thats not a bad idea. But I figure this long rest for it is good, I dont want to do ANYTHING to reaggrivate it at all, because I want it back 100% and you wouldnt believe how much stuff I do backwards from usual to keep my wrist out of play.
