I also have a sore left shoulder, i think i damaged it while doing some intense arm wrestling, and then i went to bench heavy even though my shoulder was hurting. I had taken some time off, and i was on pain killers, which didnt really help. I stopped lifting for 2 weeks, and it was abit better, i just didnt do any heavy benching or shoulder exersises. Its been about 8 months since that and i still sometimes feel the pain come back for short peroids of time. I think doing those rotating exercises is a good idea, after and also as a warm up with very low weight, like 5 pound dumbbells. |
