did deadlifts 2 weeks ago, 1 set 135 12 reps, 155 15 reps, 185 10 reps, 205 8 reps, 2 rest and pause, felt great the next day last week on wednesday did deadlifts 135 15, 155 15, 185 10, 205 10, 215 7, felt a bit sore the next day, next day i cudnt even bend over to pick something up, i had to squat down to get things below my knees, pain was consistent until this morning, still a little sore, did legs today and cudnt full squat nearly as much as i cud, did 245 for 10 last week and it was difficult to do 10 for 225 with a lower back belt on, went to try and do roman deadlifts with a warm up of 90, cudnt bend over to even start the movement, im still stretching every hour or so, anything else i shud do?
