I have a slight neck problem.
everytime i bend my head back i hear it pop, i cant tell what part but right where you feel the line thing, i'll post a more decently detailed reply when i get home.

Another great place is a doctor's.
If you are concerned about an ailment, especially back and neck related, your first port of call should be a qualified physician (preferably sports phys if injury is sporting related).
You can also try a neck bridge. Lie on your back with your knees held high and your feet flat on the ground. Push yourself up and lean yourself on your head, fold your hands on your chest for comfort. Hold for a few minutes and feel your neck muscles. I advise you use a mattress.
