While doing shrugs I got a pain in the tendon going from the thumb to the wrist. this is where the wrist wraps go around the wrist. Now the problem is i think i just bruised the tendon. I have all movement and can put pressure on it if i have to but it is tender. How long does it take for something like this to heal?

Tendons take a long time to heal. They usually take longer than ligaments which take ~4 weeks.
