alright so last monday i went out to play some hockey with the boys. i have played for 14 years but in the last few years ive only been on skates a few times. right before i got on the ice my stomach started to hurt then i started skating and an intense pain started kind of above my pubic hair line on the left side. the pain only got worse and i was hardly able to walk monday night. its been getting a bit better but the pain is definetly still there. running is definetly out of the question. i havent worked out since then because it hurts when that area gets stretched so ive been away from the weights until it clears up. it does not hurt lifting anything from the bent position and standing on my left leg when bent over ( putting on some socks) will cause some pain. anyone know what it could be?
