I dislocated my shoulder few hours ago

My coach put it back. What should i do now? Im not into any pain now tho, i feel like im ok. Should i avoid training for a week or so? Anyone whith the same experience?

See a physio ASAP. You'll have to work on tightening up the ligaments and tendons, and regaining that stability in the joint. In the meantime ice and rest.

Definitely see the physio, ice it and rest like he said... Use a sling too, even though the shoulder is back in, taking the weight of the arm off the shoulder can help the shoulder heal more quickly, and without the ligaments and tendons stretching out.
