My knees make a snapping sound when i walk or run, etc.

I take Osteo-bi-flex Advanced.

It has Glucosamine, Choinodrtin (however you spell that) and MSM. and plus Joint shield with herbs.

But itd not even helping that much, only thing it usually tends to prevent is the soreness in my left shoulder, but now its my lower body, preferrably my knees...

Does anybody know whats goin' on?

I was thinking 'bout taking hyalourinic acid (however you spell it :P) but its quite expensive here with it included in glucosamine and Choinodroin.

You probably have thinned fibrocartilage with in your knee joint. Glucosamine is meant to be taken as a preventative not to actually fix the problem, which I'm sure is the same from the other supp's you are taking. Also, depending usually on age, you could have partially rheumatism (arthritis). If I were you, I would see an Orthopedic.

high reps (15-20) have been proven to actually rebuild cartilage in your joints. try doing high reps for 5-6 weeks and see how it feels.

Knee snapping can just be incorrect patella tracking. This is usually due to an imbalance around the knee. Either VMO is weaker than VL or hammys weaker than quads. Most likely VMO is weak.

Do more full range of motion squats (ass to grass), lunges, step ups and the like to strengthen the VMO.

take time off, post up your routine and diet because it could be a sign of over-training.
