I've been having pain in my LEFT forearm only, and it's distinctly the BONE that is hurting, not any of the muscles in there. I only experience this pain when doing heavy bicep curls, such as with the ez-curl bar, not when doing any other lifts...
I'm guessing that this pain is being caused by under-developed forearm muscles? The muscles take the weight, then the bones? So I've been really increasing my forearm workouts because honestly they have been neglected...do you think the pain should go away once my forearm muscles are up to par?
