DO NOT PUSH THROUGH IT!!!! If it is in the joint you're just making it worse!! Stop! Go to the doctor! Get it checked out now! Do not workout any more!!

Go see a physio (a good one who knows about weight trainning). Show him ur movements that u are doing in the Gym and ask them for alternatives. If u leave something like this it can only get worse.

Bro if it's like mine, I have to stretch out my forearms and have the tendons rubbed and stretched. They get inflamed around the attachment area. Also you Triceps can cause the same problem. Good luck

As long as you have decent insurance (if you live outside the US just ignore that), just go see your regular doctor and he'll refer you to a specialist, and perscribe any medication you may need, if need be. Take care, God bless, and keep us posted on your progress.

The ONLY thing I would recommend you take is ibeuprofen (Advil, Motrin) and eat some tuna. Advil is an anti-inflammatory and tuna has a natural anti-inflammatory in it. But do not neglect it, go to the doctor!

Stop. Do not continue with pain. I had same issue(see my username). It started small sharpe pain and I said to myself If Dorian trained and won Olympia with a torn tricep I can continue...but It got worse. Much worse. It got so bad that my elbow area and triceps hurt even when I was opening a jar of pickles. Because I was stupid I was out of action for almost 3 months and in physio twice a week. My sports doctor and physiotherapist told me if I would have listen to my body I would have been out 3-4 weeks maximum with only a few visits for physio.
