Hey guys, I'm 4 weeks into my current regime, and I was looking for another routine to continue my progress. As of right now I'm doing a 6 day a week split and is as follows:
Mon: Chest/Triceps
Tues: Back/Biceps
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Shoulders
Fri: Chest/Triceps
Sat: Back/Biceps
