alright... my left lat is lacking horribly and it looks very bad from front lat spread.
i only have a home gym right now so one arm pulldowns are out of the question. heres my routine for back

Deadlift- 5 sets (15,12,10,8,6,)
Pulldowns- 3 sets of 12
Dumbbell rows- 3 sets of 8-12
Barbell rows- 3-4 sets of 8-12

the only thing i can reccomend is starting your dumbbell rows on your weak side and do more sets of dumbbell row at then end on your left side
