I need to know your height & weight.. I need your totals for your food intake... We need a baseline

Take your body weight (lbs) and divide by 2.2, this will convert your weight into Kilograms, then multiply by 24 (hours). This is your bodies BMR, how many calories your body need each day without gaining or lossing weight. Each pound of fat is equal to 3,500 calories, so with limiting your diet and exercise you can loose weight. 2 lbs (7,000 cal.) a week is optimal. Takes time...

Here is the formula if your bulking

170lb x 1.5g Protein = 255g
170lb x 3g carbs = 510g
170lb x .5g fats = 85g

adjust the #'s in bold if you want to cut down a bit
