Hi guys i just wana ask that im 16 years old and im overweight i have to loose almost 120 pounds so can i use muscletech hydroxycut hardcore.

You will need a solid diet in place, but if you really think you need to lose 120lbs, I think you should go see your doctor, to see what he thinks you should do diet wise.

He needs to exercise, I don't know if right now working out would be his best option, maybe light workout and light cardio to start out with, not trying to nit pick but for the sake of his health.

Yeah as with anyone, kind of ease into lifting. But especially being overweight you need to be careful.

i tried that hydroxy cut stuff while back and did nothing for me....why do you NEED to loose 120 pounds??? and like other said if you trying to loose that much weight see your doc first

120 lbs is a lot to lose. Intelligently, that would take you maybe 1/2 a year or a little longer to lose it healthy like. I lost a lot of weight too a while back fast fast fast and have a lot of loose skin to show for it. Just something to think about in your haste to lose weight.

Secondly, the hydroycut probably isn't necessary. Looky here, you want to lose over 100 lbs, so just jack up your cardio, get feet on the ground or on a track and do 30 mins of hard cardio. If you can't jog, walk, if you can jog, do intervals. If you just do that everyday the weight will still peel off fast. Get diet in shape with less carbs and less fat, you'll strip it off really fast.

You might want to start a log for your weight loss...

I myself have lost over 120 pounds so I can give you some sound advice. Eat Smart and Eat Frequently, this tip alone will help you lose weight. Second, make sure you get yourself in the gym at least 1 hour per day, 5 days a week. The more the better. When I originally started working out, I did lift weights and I believe this is why I was so successful at loosing weight (most people will just put themselves on the bike for hours on end) as well as doing cardio. As for Cardio, I would recommend HIIT. Remember the goal of HIIT is to raise your bodys heart rate, it does not matter how fast you sprint or how long. I would start off at 10 intervals and work your way up to 20 in a period of 4 months or so.

As always, the Dungeon is here to help you with weight loss! It helped me and is still helping me today, granted my cutting phase is nearing its end...
