hey guys kinda new at the diet part of the weight training looking for some advice.... now i love to eat and i can eat just about anything but, well the good stuff like the greens. i have no problem eating the protein and carbs from things like bread and rice spuds and so on but the green i just can get down.. does any one have any advice im at 230 now and id like to drop like 30 40 lbs i feel that it will be hard without the greens.. thanks guys and ladies

You can try spices and seasonings, I personally hate veggies lol.. but they are important. Some may suggest veggie supplements or even V8 drinks perhaps.. nothing beats the real deal though.

ya v8 would work i just dont eat em lol i eat lettuce sometimes or mushrooms with steak but other than that i just don't eat it cause i dont like it....i grow without them....
