hi guys i have big biceps not that much but i do and i cant really see them because my arm is fat so is there any exersice to take them out and loose arm fat THANKS in advance

it so true you could have 18 inch arms but if there covered in fat there not going to show as much as it sucx eat alot and eat right then train with a bit more intencity and hit you cardio

It's very hard to spot diet; meaning difficult to lose weight in only a certain area. I agree with the others just diet and cardio will help you, along with many reps on lighter weight.

You will loose excess fat from your extremities first.. i.e. arms & legs first..Then you have to up the intensity..
