Ok, over half a decade ago I was involved in a very bad accedent. with one of the many relation things that happened was a torn and seperated rotter cuff in my left shoulder, I had surgery at the time, as well as many others.. Yesterday when I was working out my shoulders, (lateral raises) something happened.. to explain do you remember as a child you might have put a card or can on your bycycle tires.. remeber that cool sound it made.. well, its not so cool when that sound comes from your shoulder when your lateral raising 35 lbs dumbells.. now I cant lift my arms equally, my left cuts out bout face level... The doctors warned me I'd never be able to train again, but If bodybuilding is like a drug, once you've done it, your addicted for life, well at least I am... anyway after a good long lecture from my doctor last night I was told to leave it alone, I was done.. but thats unaccetable...I figure I'll take a week off.... just shoulders though.... I figured I'd get some info from my bodybuilding peers... you guys.. so someone give me something uplifting, if you can, but please give it to me straight, ok.... thanks the depressed hound |
