Hey whats up everyone...I just recently started a new PH called SPAWN. I have been on it about one week. While I was doing my research everyone mentioned the bad back pumps(pain) that you will get. I am starting to notice it. Its a sharp pain under neath my left shoulder blade. I know its not an injury or anything torn. They also mentioned taking taurine for it. I was just wondering what could be the cause of this? Any info is appreciated. Thanks guy

It's just one of the side effects. I got lower back pains when I was on Spawn. I never bought the Taurine but I wish I did, since it got really bad in week 4. I HIGHLY recommend you get some

Usually back pumps are lower back related and havent seen too many upper/shoulder blade area. If you think its back pumps take 3-5 grams of taurine a day, 100-200mg of potassium and 1.5-2 gallons of water should calm em down a bit. I get crazy back pumps on any strong cycle I use and its not fun at all. Try that and see where it gets you and hopefully it helps.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's usually a taurine defficiancy that causes the pumps in the first place. IMO it has a lot to do with enhanced glycogen retention. If you overload a smaller muscle or muscle grouping with glycogen the results will be painful.

It's not really specific but felt more in the low back region. You actually feel it everywhere hence the continues "Jacked" feeling you have throughout your body. However when the low back area gets like this it becomes debilitating as your back is needed for most every daily function and thus you notice it more.

For an average person (154 lbs), taurine should be dosed around 6 grams. For a 200 lb man, around 7 grams

well it not very often that people have a deficiency of taurine...mainly expecting mothers....i just don't see how taurine would help get rid of the back pumps....
