read what you said and think about it lol and i never taken animal pak but i have swallowed some big tabs and ya it not fun but gotta suck it up sometimes ya know lol

When i used Animal Pak a lot of the time i swallowed the whole Pak at once. Just depends on the tolerance you have.

I take the big tablets first and then swallow all the little ones together

Cosign Jesse.... I basically just take the big ones first and then move to the smaller ones in bunches... it's not too bad.
