ok so im currently stuck at 5"10 about 190. im eat like a dame cow , but of course its all good. My diets all in check no need to ask me questions on that and im bulking righ now. they thing is im getting stonger and everyone says im looking bigger every week but the scale dosent want to agree. i workout out about 6 sometimes 7 times a week. I do 1 body part a day and every three days all through abs in and may a lil low intensity cardio. Im not gainging the weight i should be right now cause im not taking enough time off the gym? i was thinking 5 on 2 off ? i just feel like a fatass if i dont go to the gym and lift my ass off and i feel like my whole day just went to waste. so do i need to take more time off to get the gains on the scale ?????????

So right now you work out 6 or 7 days a week? Unless u have some "aas"istance lol you're overtraining bro so you wont gain, you'll either stay stuck or start losing weight. Try 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. See how that works for you
