Hey i was wondering if anyone knew how bad or good it would be to do like a 30 min run if you are bulking up or is that is bad and you should just stick to walking?

low intensity running like i was saying before, cardio during bulking is a must. otherwise you start to get what i like to call fat packs that will be hard to shed when you decide to cut. low intensity longer duration 30-45mins jogging.
