I'm curious because i have read somewhere its bad to eat before a workout because your blood goes to your stomach to digest as opposed to your arms and such when you are lifting. What kind of meal do you all eat pre workout, and when b4 the workout(ex 30 min or hour b4)

I take Superpump 250 about 25 minutes before workout and I see better results/strength gain/ intensity in my workouts.
