I am currently using Nitrotech Hardcore as a post workout shake and it says in the ingredients list that there is creatine in itbut not how much, i was wondering if it would be safe to take creakic hardcore or another creatine product aswell or would it be dangerous for my kidneys. any answers would be great

WHYYYYYY... out of all the MuscleTech products that I hate the worst is the NirtoTech. But the creatine content in Ntrotech, isn't enough to consider your self taking creatine. So yes get another source of creatine but I would NOT get Creakic. Look into AST or Dymatize Creatine

5g creatine monohydrate pre workout and 5g creatine monohydrate post workout....you'll pay about 20 bucks max for a 1000g creatine monohydrate tub...it'll save you tons of money. just my 2c

MuscleTech is a over priced company, what is NitroTech saying now a days? 25lbs in 2 weeks?

maybe i'm the only one in history to have nitro-tech actually do exactly what it said it would do... i gained like 8 lbs in two weeks. Maybe the fact that I just recently started working out before i started taking the supp and it was the first supp i had ever taken. Though i did buy another tub and it did nothing.

I just used 2 tubs of the Celltech Creatine and i didnt notice much of a difference. After reading through this thread i think i know why haha
