Well can you tell us how many sets reps e.t.c you do for each exercise? We can go from there.

2nd set - same weight - 10 reps

I only do 1 warmup set per workout. All the rest I go right into hat weight I want to use. After the first set everything has pretty much been used. 3 sets per exercise is fine, you could do 4 if you want but 3 is fine.

I usally do alot more weight with less reps
8 then 6 then 4 increasing weight by quite a bit every time and this is the best way to increase strengh followed by muscle.

heavy presses will build an overall chest mate, trying too hard with isolations like flyes will probably result in an injury or stagnation. Try using the db's more than the bb if u feel u need to focus on feeling the chest, they will allow u to control the movement a little more.

Very agreeable man presses and dips are the most important building mass in the chest.

sit on an incline bench in the middle of a cable fly machine.
get 2 of those leather straps which they use for leg exercises.
put 1 on every wrist and connect it to the cables of the fly machine.
then let your partner hand you 2 dumbbells to lift in each hand while you still have the straps on connected to the weights of the cable fly machine.

it's obviously more difficult to handle the heavier you go, but it works. so start from very light and continue desired weight.
