does any one know a proper way of cycling creatine. i'm a pro bb and i feel like i still don't get it. help please.

Bloom it in water, and boil it over the stove to clean out any impurities, then its as easy as sticking a big ol' needle in yer ass.

you know what guys this guy might be for real cause i know of this bb named Abraham Oluwole who did win the midwest show in iowa. well this message is to musclebellyg123 if this is really you id recommed filling out your profile and posting some pics before just stating you are a pro bb. And i can assure if it really is your we are all sorry about the sarcasm but we are always skeptical i mean i can say im dennis wolf cause i have a pic of him in my avatar. it would just help us out ya know thank you very much.
