well i was on here last summer if anyone can remember me..

i asked alot questionnss... but i did learn alot etc etc.

well i said i was gonna get in better shape and stuff... well needless to say it didnt happen.. i went through alot of personal problems all year.. and never really got a chance to do anything.. but well im all better now... in a safe environment.. and i may sound like a broken record but im gonna do it this time,.. and im gonna stick to it... im gonna try and upload a picture of me now.. and let you just tell me what you think i need if you want to... thanks for all the help last summer.. im not gonna dissapoint this summer!

Well, welcome back. First off, your not going to train for just the summer, your going to train year round no matter what, thats the first step.

List what you have available for you gym wise, supplement wise and food wise. For the immediate time, I would suggest a 2-3 week cut and 1-2 week bulk phase to start out.

What you need work on most are your lats and your chest. Second to that might be a triple way between traps and arms.
