I guess what im really looking for is what i didnt tell you. im sry guys. here's what i got. only time i can lift at the present time is at the firestation. I alternate back and bi's, chest and tri, shoulder and traps. So i go to work every third day and i rotate thru that. Drinking
muscle milk 2 times daily, have upped my food intake with healthy fats, carbs and protient, etc. eggs, fish, chicken. I wont lie to any of you. im a petite guy with with big ambition. I know i cant be you guys, but im gonna force myself to try. I appreciate the response my buddy ffbulldog told me about you and he was right your awesome. thanks guys Banty.
Chest and Tri day- I hit bench first 3 sets of ten at 95. im assisted after first set. then i go to bells 25lbs and do bench turning bottom of bells inward v. then fly with bells start with 10lbs and move up on second set. move to tri's. skull crusher single arm 10lb bell 3 sets ten. use machine to step up pull downs with tri's start 30 lb 12 rep, 40lb 8 rep then 50 lb 6 rep.
