I'm new to the dungeon. Just barely been able to find my way around. I started lifting 2 weeks ago steady. I've gotten discouraged in the past cause i couldnt get help i got it now, any advice on post to check out or personal opinion will help greatly!!!


weight: 135
Height: 5'7"
Bench: 95 lol yeah really

Haven't tried to find max. will be doing next workout!

I dont have a lifting partner either so to stay motivated in the gym and not lose focus or my pump i keep moveing and super set alot. wether im setting up next lift or putting wieghts away from last i never stop moveing. if your haveing trouble trying to keep motivated to get to the gym thats gonna take at least 3 to 4 weeks of forceing your self. once you see results and keep stacking weight on your lifts your addicted and soon you will feel bad if you missed a lift lol. hope this helps.

I guess what im really looking for is what i didnt tell you. im sry guys. here's what i got. only time i can lift at the present time is at the firestation. I alternate back and bi's, chest and tri, shoulder and traps. So i go to work every third day and i rotate thru that. Drinking muscle milk 2 times daily, have upped my food intake with healthy fats, carbs and protient, etc. eggs, fish, chicken. I wont lie to any of you. im a petite guy with with big ambition. I know i cant be you guys, but im gonna force myself to try. I appreciate the response my buddy ffbulldog told me about you and he was right your awesome. thanks guys Banty.

Chest and Tri day- I hit bench first 3 sets of ten at 95. im assisted after first set. then i go to bells 25lbs and do bench turning bottom of bells inward v. then fly with bells start with 10lbs and move up on second set. move to tri's. skull crusher single arm 10lb bell 3 sets ten. use machine to step up pull downs with tri's start 30 lb 12 rep, 40lb 8 rep then 50 lb 6 rep.

don't downplay yourself bro YOU can be one "us" guys haha remember that alot of this is mental. set goals that are reachable and follow the trainers advice in here and you can achieve
