Take a week off. When you go back eat more, get more sleep, and switch your training routine.

It could be plenty of things, maybe you attempted to progress to quickly and didnt keep the focus on form and geting the most out of the previous weights used. It could be you have been training for too long without a lay off and just need a week off, also known as a deload, lets you come back stronger mentally and physically. Is there any certain exercise or is it just in general?

I agree with everyone.

Perhaps you're overtraining? Resulting in CNS drain thus the limited increase in overload. If you feel this is the problem, strategic decondition; lower volume, intensity. Continue consistency and technique.

If not, here are other options...

Switch:

a) Dumbbells to barbells, or vise versa.

b) Switch the order you're performing certain movements.

c) Take time off, being days, week, what have you.

d) Construct new program, completely altering existing exercises.

1 month usually won't decide a deep plateau. You're flat lining, so if you feel you're eating enough, sleeping/resting enough and allowing your body to recovery efficiently, a plateau shouldn't be so urgent.

Many options, choose which would work the best with your personal situation.

1 month is hardly enough time to plateau, all above are valid posts and all will contribute to you bashing down that "wall" if you are to call it that in no time.

first check your:
-food intake (make sure its clean and you're staying nurished)
-rest time (ie... sleep (8hours a night or so))
-overtraining (self explanitory)

when you come back try this split if you lift 4 days a week:
mon- chest tri
tues- off
wed- back bi
thurs- legs
fri- shoulders traps
sat- off
sun- off

notice the duration of rest, notice the days off and how its located from previous bodyparts. if done right your plateau will be non existent upon return.
