im workin out at my gym n my workouts r follows..
Mon-legs,calf raises,lunges (+30min Cardio)
Tues-Chest,shoulders,arms (+ 30 min Cardio)
Wed-Conditioning (hour Cardio)
Thurs-Back,Abs,Traps. (+30 min Cardio
Fri-OFF
my weight is 250 n im bout 6 ft. im tryin to lose weight n gain muscle.(hard to do)im watchin wat i eat, im followin 150-200 carbs a day n 200-300 carbs durin weekend. wat r good protein bars/meals to eat durin tha day, befor and/or after workouts??

its hard to do both man, but you got a gd split, however if i was you i would split up your arm session and incorporate them seperately and have another day off so your muscles have longer to rest and get bigger.
best thing really before a workout is a good source of carbs like an apple 45 mins before thats what i do and then a 100% whey isolate also at the same time, after training you can induce your body with some fast carbs straight away, with a high glycogen index and then 45 mins to an hour later have your protein shake, also with your shakes make sure theres not a lot of carbs, its more expensive but well worth it while cutting down,

well, i recently just bought des protien bars, should i eat tho's b4 or after i workout? i have lik a few dat are "EAS" and others have lik 30grams of protien..i did tha shakes a bit ago but i stopd. i think my whey has gone bad bc it taste way different den when i got it.. n e spasific brand of bars/shakes??

i use my bars like 2 or 3 times a day as snacks, dnt rely on them for before or after training, buh i wud say 1 an hour b4 n 1 afta if ur gna use them like that, i would say optimum nutrition 100% gold standard whey is ur best bet, theres like 72 servings in the tub and its pretty cheap.

iight. plus i have a membership n i wanna use it to tha max but i have problems lik drinkin pop.. i use to drink it lik it was nothin a while ago now i try to drink 1 a day well really none at all but im improvin. n how should i tak tha whey? lik 30 mins b4 workout?

cut first

1.5 to 1.8g of protein
1 to 2g of carbs
.2 to .3g of fat

all per lb of bodyweight

25% of carbs in the morning
20% pre-workout
