hey fellas need some help unfortunately god blesssed me with narrow shoulders. im leaning up at the moment and starting to create the illusion of wider shoulders but is there a way to help em stick out i heard by doing wide grip hangs on a chin up bar for sets makes ur scaps spread a lil but is there any other way that wont potentially cause injury like this exercise
cheers fellas

Wide grip upright rows

it focuses on the lateral head of the delt and will give you broader appearance

great advice from these guys side laterals are great i like doing them with an extra twist towards the rear at the top.Theyre awesome.Another great wat is to hold onto the side of squat rack or smith machine with one arm about shoulder height place the side of your foot near bottom of what youre holding have feet together. To where you are leaning alot and do single side raises these really get you to focus on the delts.
Shoulders are my favorite

agree with my friend Kaboom, always good to vary the angle of side laterals, ive even done them lying on a bench as a variation!

Is there any type of visual or something so I could understand it better?
