iight i had an accident about 1yr 5mths ago.. im all healed now but im workin out my foot to get more mobility.(physical theropy) i have to caff raises n shit for it but my point is.. imma try to jump bak into football again. i played my 1st year missed out 2nd year (injury) now imma try to jump into "V" for my 3rd year durin summer. im tryin to workout at home 4 days a week but i cant do lower body as much. tryin to get stationary bike.. wat else should i do? advice..

Hey man just because you can't do massive weights on your legs doesn't mean you can't get them strong! Try wall squats, just stand against a wall with dumbbell weight of your choice and squat up and down.
well, now my work out is gunna be dis bc dis is basiclly football workout wit my own workouts into it..
Mon-(lowerbody) dead lift,lunges,calf raises
Tues-(upperbody) chest,shoulders,arms
Wed-conditioning
Thurs-(upperbody) back, traps, abs
