When I cut, I like working them three times a week. Every other day to give the abs a rest, as they are just like any other muscle.

it really depends on your own body, i train my abs every other day, some ppl train them eveyday for like 5 minutes and they have great abs. you need to see what fits you, my routine might not work for you! thats what bodybuilding is all about!

I would say atleast train them 3x a week. Try to hit the lower and upper abs. From there just listen to your body and fine tune the rest!

It really just depends on how fast your body recovers, you could get away with up to five times if your recovering quickly, just keep in mind its like any other muscle and it needs to recover

it also depends on what muscles you are training there are several aspects that make up you midsection rectus abdominals are your "6" pack most comonly trained there are also you tranverse abdominals which are very deep and your obliques. if you focus on training each aspect seperately you can train your abs much more often but if you hit them all every day you may run into trouble... especially if you are doing lifts like squat and deadlifts which use a ton of abs for stabilization. your lifts may suffer..
