whats up, i just moved in to a relatives house and there is hardly any equipment here to train with, except for a single adjustable dumbell (lol) and some weights to go on it, can anyone tell me a good routine to use to workout with my lack of equipment? i need to hold over for about a month/month and a half before i can join a gym. thanks!

Go to the training section, or visit bodybuilding.com, they have a thing where you can sort exercises by bodypart and equipment used

Pull ups if you can find a tree branch or dumbell rows. Dips between chairs or one arm dumbell bench press. One arm shoulder press. Sit ups. One leg squats holding the dumbell if you need extra weight.

Things you can do with a single dumbbell, hmm...

Triceps: Overhead Press, Kickbacks.
Biceps: Concentration Curls, hammer Curls.
Chest: Pullovers.
Shoulders: 1-Arm Lateral Raise (variations)
Back: Dumbbell Rows.
Legs: N/A.

If you can find a pull up bar, that'd help. You can also do variations of push-ups.

Regular
Triangle Push Ups
Wide Push ups
Close Grip (Hammer) Push Ups..

Get a tire, the biggest tired that you can get that can be used. Set it on the ground, squat down, lift, flip, lift flip. Won't work your chest much, but its good for everything else

He said he will be joining a gym in about a month guys. He doesn't need to resort to rocky style training just yet.
