i eat fine. i just dont want to post my whole diet.


what are some good workouts to start to loose lots of body fat.

right now i do situps, crunches, hanging crunches, and i run on the treadmill. if there are any better ideas please let me know.

I think Kardio/Cardio training is the right thing for you mate.

Drop your calories by 250 at first and add cardo for 30 minutes.. then up your calorie reduction by 500.. Adjust accordingly to not go to much. Your body will feel a difference

You need cardio not just the exercises.Go along the lines of what he said^^
