hey yall....new to the dungeon...need help on cutting cycle for summer..

6ft
9% bodyfat
213lbs

eating roughly 5500 calories 440 grams protein/day

if you are 9% are you going to be cutting to contest bf?

Getting to 10% is one thing, getting down to contest condition is another thing.

By cycle do you mean gear? If so, throw this in the steroid section.
