how to increse bench fast

hey, i was wondering if you all knew how i could increse my bench. i need it to raise and i need help. if anyone out there can give me some workouts to increse it i would appreciate it

everyone is different what works for one might be a failure to another....the only thing i can say is mix it up...many people have the problem of going to the gym week after week and doin the same routine over and over again....one thing that works for me is not only mixing it up but two weeks out of every three months is using reverse grip on all bench exercises...and one more thing is bench is not just your chest and tris you are also using some stabilizer stomach muscles, shoulders, and lats to mention just a few

thanks i will keep that in mind. i had no idea that you used stabilizet stomach muscles.

Use a spotter and go heavy as hell with proper form, eat, sleep and recover,, oh and repeat..
