Hey, new to the website and am looking for some good answers. 6ft and 11 st, looking too put on some weight without putting to much fat on, am cuurently doing 3 full body workouts a week, working evry body art mainly with compound moves, can anybody recommend a decent diet, and a good routine i can use instead of mine to see some cahnge as i am bored of what i am currently doing

Welcome to the dungeon,, nice to have you here.. Can you give us some details on your current diet. What your eating on a daily basis. Are you keeping track of it?

How old are you. Can you list your training routine also..

diet:

breakfast- weetbaix
snack- yogurt and apple
dinner- beans on toast or cheeseand jacket potato
gym
post workout protein shake
snack- yogurt adn orange
dinner- anything in the house, pizza, chilli, bolognaise

Training-
Mon/ Wedn/ Frid 3*10 sets of all workuts

Squats
deadlifts
clean and hang
clean and press
pull ups
dips
leg raises
ismoetric press ups, hold at top and bottom for 20 seconds

thats it m afraid
