when i flex my arm it feels like tight kinda it just feels weird i have been workin out realllllyy hard lately and bulkin up. if i do one really good workout how long should i wait to do the same workout beause i LOVE to bench a lot and i want to do it everyday but i know thats not good
really shouldnt domore than twice a week but on a bulk I wouldnt no more than once a week.Go heavy with good form and hit hard.Do a split where you can have maybe wednesday off and the weekend.eat big lift big get big!!

You can do this, but maybe not the best for a bulk. Mcnutters, hit the Chest once a week. Hit it from all angles, perfect form and heavy. Should satisfy you.
