i used to workout daily, it provides good blood circulation in mybody and my muscles are growing well but the problem is that it swells or make prominent the veins and muscle tendons, now i just wanna ask that is it weakness or harmful?

sir, havn't u seen prominent tendons, they are the bones that hold muscles.They are exposed in bobybuilders but i just wanted to ask that are exposure of these bones are harmful, in sense of weakness.

Welcome to the dungeon..Im a med student and i would like to let u know that tendons are no bones they are the part cartilage kinda matter and are never prominent..The only thing prominent are the muscles or their fibres and veins..Prominent veins indicate that u hve lost a lot of fat and hve good circulation for those bulging muscles..
In no case is that harmful.
