I need some help gaining weight..
my weight has been almost the same for several months,
but im growing a lot in muscles, but my weight is still the same.
help me out

diet and lifting schedule/program? cant see whats going wrong or could be helped if you dont have it up

day 1: chest, abs, calves
day 2: back, hamstrings
day 3: quadriceps
day 4: sholders, traps
day 5: biceps, triceps, abs

I dont have a schedule with mye diet, but I try to eat 6-8 meals per day.
I dont take any supplements yet.

(please excuse me if I have any bad spelling)

hey man, try to increase ur protien intake in each meal. also u have to take supplements with ur diet :)

this is a little over 6 months old...and also supplements arent needed. other than multi vit,whey, and fish oils.

focus on the main mass building lifts..squats, bench, dips etc..
